Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of TenthFrame ("TenthFrame," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TenthFrame on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Scores, Statistics, and Independence
TenthFrame follows standard ten-pin scoring rules and is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any bowling organization, league, or association. Words describing scoring reflect common ten-pin conventions and do not imply approval by any body. The scores and statistics the app shows are calculated values; verify them against your own score sheet whenever accuracy matters. The app is not intended to serve as the system of record for any league or tournament.
Statistics are derived on your device from the games you record, each using a fixed formula documented in the app's Help and on our Support page. Split detection is rule-based (head pin down with the remaining pins in two or more non-touching groups). If you rely on the app's output for standings, dues, or other purposes, confirm the figures yourself.
3. Purchases
- Through Apple's App Store, the app offers a single non-consumable (one-time) product, "TenthFrame Pro." There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. The price is shown in the app before purchase.
- Free: Recording and viewing games is unlimited — the full frame and pin input, sessions and series, handicap display, and lane notes. Statistics, trends, and filters cover your most recent 30 games.
- Pro: Unlocks all-time statistics across your entire history, ball management with per-ball stats, and CSV export/import.
- If Pro lapses: If Pro lapses for any reason (a refund, leaving Family Sharing, etc.), all games you have recorded are kept and remain viewable, and you can keep recording and viewing without limit. Only all-time statistics, ball management, and CSV pause — no data is deleted. Purchasing again (or restoring your purchase) restores these features instantly.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring your purchase: When you switch devices or reinstall, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your Pro entitlement.
4. Privacy
TenthFrame collects no data, including no usage data. Your games and stats are stored entirely on-device, and the app makes no network calls (except Apple's purchase processing). See the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet any particular requirement of a league, tournament, or other use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app — including, without limitation, scoring errors, statistical errors, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
7. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
10. Contact
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「TenthFrame」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. スコア・統計と独立性について
TenthFrameは一般的な10ピンボウリングの採点ルールに準拠した、独立したアプリです。いかなるボウリング団体・リーグ・協会とも提携・後援・推薦の関係はありません。採点に関する記述は一般的な10ピンボウリングの慣行を反映したものであり、いかなる団体の承認を意味するものでもありません。本アプリが表示するスコア・統計はアプリ内の計算値です。正確さが求められる場面では、ご自身のスコアシートと照らし合わせてご確認ください。本アプリは、リーグや大会の公式記録を担うことを目的としたものではありません。
統計は、お客様が記録したゲームから端末内で導出され、各指標はアプリ内ヘルプおよびサポートページに記載した固定の式で計算されます。スプリット判定はルールベースです（ヘッドピンが倒れ、残りが隣接しない2グループ以上に分かれた形）。順位・会費その他の目的で本アプリの出力を用いる場合は、最終的な数値をお客様ご自身でご確認ください。
3. 課金・購入
- 本アプリは、AppleのApp Storeを通じて、非消耗型（買い切り）の「TenthFrame Pro」を提供します。サブスクリプション（自動更新）は提供していません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。
- 無料でできること: ゲームの記録・閲覧は無制限です（フレーム・ピン入力、セッションとシリーズ、ハンディキャップ表示、レーンメモを含みます）。統計・推移・絞り込みは直近30ゲームが対象です。
- Proでできること: 全期間の統計、ボール別統計を含むボール管理、CSVの書き出し／取り込みが利用可能になります。
- Proが失効した場合の取り扱い: 返金、ファミリー共有の解除その他の理由でProが失効した場合でも、記録済みのゲームはすべて保持され、引き続き閲覧でき、記録・閲覧も無制限に続けられます。全期間統計・ボール管理・CSVのみが停止し、データが削除されることはありません。再度購入（または購入の復元）を行うと、これらの機能は即座に復帰します。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
- 復元について: 機種変更や再インストールの際は、「設定」から「購入を復元」を行うことで、Proの権利を復元できます。
4. プライバシー
本アプリは利用データを含むいかなるデータも収集しません。ゲームや統計の内容はすべて端末内に保存され、アプリは通信を一切行いません（Appleの購入処理を除く）。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. 現状有姿での提供（免責）
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害の黙示的な担保を含め、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる担保も行いません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、およびリーグ・大会その他特定の用途上の要件に適合することを、当方はお約束しません。
6. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能（スコアや統計の誤り・データの消失を含みますがこれらに限りません）から生じる損失について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
7. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。
